The security of your payment information is important, both online and offline. We've chosen to work with partners whose expertise in this area is unique and who are known for having security policies that meet this requirement.
Our service provider for credit card payments is Payplug.
Payplug is a payment institution approved by the ACPR Banque de France; it is part of the Natixis/BPCE group. Payplug is an omnichannel payment solution designed for SMEs.
Payplug accepts credit cards such as CB, Mastercard, and Visa, and secures payments by sending a 3D secure code. You may not be asked for authentication: this is because you have already purchased on our website, and your card has been recognized as non-fraudulent by Payplug.
We also accept checks and bank transfers , but the preparation and delivery of your order are subject to receipt and collection of payment.
NB: Ikatee's bank details are indicated at the end of the order for bank transfers.
