Shipping 

The PDF files are delivered through internet, to your email address, a few minutes after payment confirmation.
For physical goods, our packages are generally sent through 2 to 4 days after the payment was received, except on weekends and public holidays and provided under availability of the item.

- Click and collect option at ikatee workshop-boutique at 15 rue du garet 69001 Lyon. In this case, there is obviously no charge. 

 In the case of a collect at the shop, it is necessary to make an appointment for the collect by sending a message to contact@ikatee.fr to come and collect your order at the usual office hours from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 18.00 (18.30 is possible).

Otherwise, our packages are generally delivered through :

-Standard letter or standard letter with tracking to Metropolitan France for any order less than 250 grams, and excluding bulky products more than 3 cm. Delivery time 2 working days (indicative time not guaranteed, no insurance).

- International standard letter with priority:  to International for all orders under 250 grams, and excluding bulky products over 3 cm. This delivery is not tracked. Delivery time 3 to 10 working days (indicative delivery time not guaranteed, no insurance).

- International Letter with tracking to Zone 5 only: for orders under 500 grams and excluding bulky products over 3 cm. Delay 7 to 10 days (indicative delay not guaranteed,)

- Colissimo Home, to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco and Andorra. Delivery time 2 working days (indicative time not guaranteed). The colissimo assures you a complete follow-up of your parcel with a delivery delivered without signature in the mailbox. The option with signature is possible.

- Colissimo International (with signature) to overseas territories areas 1 to 5 : delivery time in Europe 2 to 5 working days and 3 to 9 days for the rest of the world (not guaranteed).

- Withdrawal at Service points in France, and areas 1 and 2.

In this case, the selection of the Service point is made at the end of the order at the time of confirmation (and after payment). A geolocation system will propose you partner Service points close to your address. You will need to add your mobile phone number (of you or a close relative) so that Colissimo can send you an SMS when the parcel is made available at the relay point. Count from 7 to 10 days for the delivery time to the service point from the date of delivery to the Post Office.

The average indicative delivery time is the postal delivery time communicated by the French Post Office. In addition, the preparation and dispatch time of the order may vary depending on the stock of products ordered (approximately 2 to 3 days, subject to availability of items, excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Tarifs des frais de transport :

La participation aux frais de traitement (emballage, transport, livraison) s’ajoute au montant de votre commande.

 Les tarifs des livraisons (dernière mise à jour : le 08/02/2020) sont indiqués par mode de transport et selon le poids du colis.  

• Pour les colis <250gr, trois modes de livraison sont possibles (Courrier simple, lettre Suivie, Retrait en Point Relais ou Colissimo)
• Pour les colis de plus de 6 kgs, nous contacter directement à stephanie@ikatee.fr ; le tarif sera communiqué spécifiquement par ailleurs. 

The delivery costs are free  for shipping to a Service point from 70€ of purchases in Metropolitan France and from 80€ in zone 1 Europe and from 90€ in zone 2 Europe. If you have not chosen a Service point at the end of your order, we will do it for you in the nearest active Service point.

No delivery to DOM-TOM: having encountered major difficulties in the past when shipping to DOM-TOM, these destinations are no longer offered.
