Conditions and prices

Order preparation : our packages are prepared on Mondays and Thursdays upon receipt of payment, except on weekends and public holidays, subject to item availability.

Shipping costs : These will be invoiced after notification of your pre-order. You will then receive a full proforma including the products and shipping costs. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.

Delivery :

- Colissimo Domicile delivery with signature required, to mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco, and Andorra. Delivery times: 2 to 3 working days (indicative time not guaranteed). Colissimo provides full tracking of your package with delivery with signature required.

- Colissimo International (signature required) to the rest of the world. Delivery times in Europe are 2 to 5 working days, and 4 to 10 days to the rest of the world (not guaranteed).

- UPS/FEDEX/DHL for the USA and Canada on quote
