Washed linen, gabardine or canvas?
We have brought together all the fabrics we used to sew these designs: washed linen or lightweight denim for the set, towel, tea towel and apron, and thicker fabrics for the bag, such as gabardine, medium or heavy canvas, or denim. Bonus: all other supplies are available on our online shop: ecru, black or navy cotton twill ribbons, straps and carabiners for the tote bag, and fabric glue to make it easier to attach the ribbons.
If you want to add different coloured panels to the tote bag, we recommend using fabrics of similar weight for a harmonious finish. You will find the fabric measurements per colour in the supplies table on the product page: it's easy, everything is taken care of!

Tote bag
The tote bag can be made in a single colour, two colours or three colours. It is unlined and features cotton twill ribbon piping, long and short handles and a keyring attachment. The tote bag has large pockets on the outside at the front and inside at the back to balance the load. It is designed to be open, without a fastening, for practicality when shopping; this makes it a lightweight bag that is quick to sew and easy to fold for storage. It can be used as a shopping bag or beach bag, for example.
