It's a real pleasure to announce my new collaboration... and it's with the talented and delicate Fanny @petites_choses.
The official release of the fruit of our labor is scheduled in 2 weeks, so in the meantime, we wanted to take you behind the scenes and tell you in a few days about these few months spent working together!
I discovered Fanny on Instagram . Passionate about sewing, she makes many creations from patterns often adapted according to her inspirations...and that, I love. She regularly presented lovely models made from ikatee patterns.
Then she took part in the Capsul Studio experience, a concept based on the sale of clothes made using patterns from partner brands, including... @Ikatee!! So Fanny offered a nice children's corner, taking pleasure in sewing her "mini things", which she always reinvented.
That's what finally brought us together during CSF 2017. Fanny came to introduce herself . For those who don't know her, she is a passionate person who has a strong taste for delicate universes, beautiful materials, modern outfits, always chic and meticulous details. She has a real talent for styling; she starts from inspirations and transforms and associates the products between them with brio. In addition, Fanny realizes almost professional finishes and I must say that the quality of her works really impressed me... yet it is not her job (she is an orthoptist in life:) The original creations that she proposed from ikatee patterns quickly made me imagine a collaboration; a duo driven by the desire for beautiful, refined and contemporary products.
A few months later, I proposed to Fanny to develop together a model that we would transform into a children's sewing pattern.
