Choosing your romper
If, like us, you have a weakness for little thighs that start to show off with the first rays of sunshine, then here is an overview of our 4 baby romper patterns with their specificities. As a birth gift or to sew to prepare for the arrival of baby: it's time to choose your favorite sewing pattern! Think about it, a small pair of tights and presto, the romper is ready for winter :-).
Volantis
✂️ Difficulty level: easy
👖 Size range: 1 to 24 months

Volantis is the ultimate summer romper pattern. A loose, comfortable fit, thin straps with ties and tassels, or simple straps, and your little ones are ready to enjoy summer! The pattern also allows you to add a ruffle at the chest and two small pockets to play with checks or stripes, for example.

Sydney

A true timeless piece in any baby's wardrobe, Sydney can be worn in all seasons and with all fabrics, as long as they aren't too thick. With its slightly retro shape and numerous options, you can sew it for any occasion: sleeveless or long sleeves, with a ruffled collar, Peter Pan collar or no collar, fitted or loose waist, for an event or for every day. Be careful, this pattern is addictive!

Hanoi
✂️ Difficulty level: easy to intermediate
👖 Size range: from 1 month to 4 years
🎬 Video tutorial available

Hanoi is a romper inspired by what we call a peasant blouse: gathers at the neckline, raglan armholes, and a loose, comfortable fit. A retro look guaranteed for little ones! Hanoi is also available as a top and a dress: a pattern with numerous options to suit all seasons.

Madrid
✂️ Difficulty level: intermediate
👖 Size range: from 6 months to 4 years
🎬 Video tutorial available

Madrid has achieved the feat of offering you a jumpsuit, a romper, and a dress, all in the same pattern! We particularly like the puffy side of the model with the gathers between the top and bottom yoke, which gives the pattern a very cute look and is particularly suited to babies' mobility.
