The ikatee Home pattern collection is expanding with the Alexandria pattern, dedicated to the world of bedroom décor for women and men. Alexandria allows you to make an elegant kimono, slippers, a sleep mask and a delicate jewellery box. This pattern can be made gradually, depending on your sewing level. We recommend starting with the sleep mask, which is easy to make, then moving on to the kimono and slippers. The jewellery box is a fairly technical model for those who want to challenge themselves :-).
We recommend making the whole set in matching fabrics. We can't wait to see all your creations, #ikateealexandrie!

The kimono
The patterns in the ikatee Home collection allow you to sew various items dedicated to a specific room in the house. Alexandrie is designed for the bedroom with an elegant kimono. As usual, we have paid particular attention to the finishing touches, with English seams and felled seams, as well as topstitching. This kimono comes with a delicate tie belt. It's the perfect project for that piece of fabric you've been saving for years, waiting for the perfect pattern!
Kimono and mask in exclusive Jardin suspendu & Candy stripe viscose (available in kit only).
The kimono is available in two sizes: S/M and M/L, for a height of 1.65m. We have designed it to be unisex. Advice on adjusting the size is provided in the pattern.
The set: seersucker Cottage little berries & blue and white striped seersucker available as a complete kit.
Slippers and mask
The Alexandrie pattern also allows you to make soft slippers with bias binding: a fun and highly original project. With the night mask, you will learn how to make your own piping.
To make your life easier, we have also included a small sewing kit containing all the supplies you need to make your case, as well as the Alexandrie pouch pattern. It's the perfect gift to give to someone else or yourself. And the good news is that it's also a great project for using up fabric scraps!
Pretty details for a refined ensemble. A minor technical feat, the box is the project that will require the most precision and concentration. The tutorial booklet and video are there to guide you! Perfectly designed, it includes a storage pouch for your bracelets, necklaces or watches, a small elasticated pocket, and a display stand for rings and earrings.
