VIC MUM women's vest and jacket PDF pattern
Vic Mum is a pattern for a women's fitted vest or jacket. This model has a straight cut with a button-front closure. The pattern offers patch pockets and various options: two length options (mid-seat or mid-hip), two neckline finishing options (bias or facing), two sleeve cuff options (hem or bias), and two hem options (hem or added band).
A classic to wear as a waistcoat or a small, close-fitting jacket.

What you will learn with this pattern: make a button placket directly on the body or assemble a facing, add bias to the neckline and bottom of the sleeves, sew pockets.

- Warp and weft: quilted, jacquard, soft denim. If the warp and weft fabric is non-stretch or quilted, sew a larger size and possibly widen the sleeves to create ease.
- Knits: sweatshirt fabric, French terry, Milano, jersey, quilted jersey, fleece

- Buttons or press studs for anorak: 6 except for short version B (5)
- Optional knitted or woven bias binding
- Thin iron-on interfacing: rectangle measuring approximately 70 x 40 cm
