Paris is a unisex pattern for a baby shirt with a stand-up collar, available in short or long sleeves. This model features a fully lined back and shoulder yoke, French seams on the sides and under the sleeves, a pleat at the back and cuffs, and adjustable tabs for the long sleeves.
