Osaka is a set of patterns for creating five kitchen accessories: placemats and napkins, a tea towel with mitered corners, a Japanese apron, and a tote bag with exterior and interior pockets. Japanese apron with a pocket and perfect finishing touches: French seams, facings, and edging strips. This apron can be used for cooking, but also for gardening or ceramics.
Unlined tote bag with trimmed with cotton twill ribbon. The tote bag is designed to be open-ended for added convenience when shopping. It's lightweight, fairly quick to sew, and easy to fold for storage. It can be used as a shopping bag or a beach bag, for example.

The apron is available in one size. Its shape allows it to fit most body types.
Tote bag: 58 x 36 x 34 x 22 cm (width at top x width at bottom x height x depth)
The versions presented: plain tote bag in thick khaki canvas or denim, two-tone tote bag in ecru and khaki Fargo canvas, in off-white and maple gabardine.
Apron in powder pink or brown washed linen, in striped chambray.
Set, table napkin and tea towel in powder pink, off-white or pistachio washed linen, in striped chambray.

- Placemat / napkin / tea towel / apron: washed linen, poplin, chambray, lightweight denim, jacquard
- Tote bag: heavy fabrics 330-440 g/m2 such as gabardine, canvas, denim, very thick linen.
- Supplies
- Placemat / napkin / tea towel / apron: optional 1 cm wide cotton twill tape.
- Tote bag: 1 cm and 2 cm wide cotton twill tape (the 2 cm tape can be replaced by a 2 cm wide bias tape). Straps for handles are 4 cm wide. Optional: a carabiner for keys.
- Lace inlay placemat option: 1.4 m for the framed version, 1.2 m for the bow version.
- * You can make up to 2 pieces from a 140 cm wide fabric. The lengths of twill tape are given for one piece; multiply by 2 for two pieces.
- ** The tote bag can be made in a solid color, two-tone (color 1 for the front and back, color 2 for the base and pockets), or even in a three-tone version (color 1 for the front and back, color 2 for the pockets, color 3 for the base).
