STELLA children's blouse and dress paper pattern
Stella is a blouse and long dress pattern for girls. This loose-fitting and comfortable style is available in sleeveless or long-sleeved versions. The pattern features wide ruffles in side panels, gathers at the lower sections, a bias-trimmed neckline, and a partial back opening with a strap.

- Pre-folded bias binding purchased from a haberdashery shop or made yourself
