This opus provides you with 4 patterns allowing you to create essentials for your baby's wardrobe, practical clothes to wear in the cocoon of home: a t-shirt (Tokyo), leggings (Lima), a jumpsuit (Canberra) and a blanket (Caracas). More than sewing patterns, this book also offers you many tips and tricks on various and varied areas: on materials, sewing techniques, etc.

What you will learn with these patterns:
- Lima: sew a trouser crotch, assemble an elasticated waistband, assemble leg cuffs.
- Tokyo: assemble a shoulder button placket, assemble sleeves and finish with a hem or added strips.
- Canberra: Assemble a neckline band, a crossover front opening and an optional crotch button placket.
- Caracas: assembling large pieces, upholstering large pieces.
Fabrics & Supplies
Fabric and trims:
- 6 snaps and/or 12mm buttons (3 for the front button placket and 3 for the crotch opening)
- 1cm wide elastic (for the thighs, sleeves bottom and waist)
- thin fusible interfacing (for the button placket and gussets)
Fabric requirements can be reduced if a bias is used in place of the neckline and armholes bands or if the band are cut from another fabric.
