PEONY children's top paper sewing pattern
Peony is a girls' top pattern that allows you to make T-shirts or blouses. This ultra-versatile model, with a loose fit, can be made in several options: three body shapes (bow on the front, bow(s) on the side(s) or without bow), five sleeve shapes (short sleeves, short rolled-up sleeves, 3/4 sleeves, long sleeves or sleeveless), three types of sleeve finishes (straight, rolled-up or with bows) and two collar finishes (facing with opening at the back or ribbed collar). It will also be possible to sew a pocket.
A t-shirt or blouse with multiple possibilities.

Fabrics & Supplies
- Fabric suggestions
- Woven: batiste, poplin, gauze, viscose, chambray, linen, crepe, dotted Swiss.
- Knit: jersey, elastane, slub cotton, viscose.
- Supplies
- Optional: 1 button, 12mm.
- Optional: thin cord or round elastic cord for the 5cm strap.
- Optional: ribbed collar band in cotton elastane.
Optional lining for parts with a knot: same as main fabric.
Note: only line very lightweight fabrics <= 140g/m2. Optional ribbed collar band in cotton elastane (if you don’t have ribbing fabric, then use the main fabric if it contains elastane and add 3cm to the length of band No. 7 for ages 3 to 6, 4cm for ages 7 to 9, and 5cm for ages 10 to 12) and use foam thread in the bobbin to ensure good stretch (otherwise, prefer the facing and back opening version).
