Manhattan is a fully lined bucket bag pattern, available in three sizes: S, M and L. Size S is ideal for carrying the essentials, size M offers a versatile everyday size, and size L allows you to carry more belongings.

The bag closes simply with two drawstring ties. It can be carried by hand, over the shoulder, or crossbody, depending on the options selected. You can also add a ruffle, one or two compartmentalized interior pockets, and small side tabs to keep the ties in place when the bag is closed.

Easy to sew, Manhattan requires no specific hardware: no zipper, buckle, or snap hook. In this video, we make two complementary versions of the bag and guide you step by step, with all our tips for achieving beautiful finishes.
