When you create a personal account as part of an order, you are required to provide us with certain personal information.
This information concerns your identity and is essential: title / surname / first name / email / postal address.
Other information is optional: company / tax identification number / telephone.
The ikatee site also uses cookie techniques allowing it to process browsing data (non-personal and anonymous information).
To provide you with more transparent and clearer information, ikatee lists the personal data we process:

Purposes of collection
The purpose of collecting personal data is:
- Track and process orders received,
- Sending commercial communication,
- Communicate with customers (sending emails, etc.),
- Send to third parties exclusively for order processing purposes.
Who are the recipients of the information we collect and why are we providing this information to them?
We are likely to share your data with service providers (webmaster and routing center) in compliance with the strict application of this policy. Access to personal data collected is strictly limited to persons in charge of processing the information.
Subcontractors and service providers are subject to an obligation of confidentiality and may only use the data in accordance with the contractual provisions and applicable legislation.
Duration of retention of personal information
Personal data will be kept for a period of three years from the last purchase made online.
The deletion of this personal data will take place once per calendar year unless you first exercise your right to delete your data, under the conditions described below.

To this end, we have implemented technical measures, software updates and appropriate IT infrastructure to protect the data against any computer attack.
Ikatee ensures that its subcontractors and service providers implement all appropriate security measures for the personal data they process.
Ikatee undertakes to regularly analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of these measures.
