Delivery Methods

• For digital patterns, PDF files are sent via the internet to your email address a few minutes after payment confirmation.

• For physical products (pattern envelopes, fabric pieces, and haberdashery), there are several options: pickup at the ikatee workshop-shop in Lyon for French customers, or shipping via Colissimo to the desired address or to a Mondial Relay parcel pickup point.

1- Pickup at the ikatee workshop-shop

Pickups are made at 34 Quai Saint Vincent 69001 Lyon. In this case, there are no shipping fees. For in-store pickup, it is necessary to make an appointment for pickup by logging in here. When the different delivery options appear, choose the "pickup" option. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready (usually within 2 to 3 business days) and you can schedule your pickup appointment. Pickups are possible Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

2- Home delivery:

- Colissimo Home Delivery, to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, and Andorra. Delivery time is 2 business days (indicative time not guaranteed, transit time starting from the date handed over to the carrier.). Colissimo provides full tracking of your parcel with delivery made without signature in your mailbox.

- Colissimo International(with signature) to the rest of the world: delivery times in Europe 2 to 5 business days and 3 to 9 days for the rest of the world (not guaranteed, transit time starting from the date handed over to the carrier.).

Attention: countries outside the euro zone may require customs duties upon import into your country. These customs duties will be payable later by the customer in addition to the order and delivery fees.

3- Parcel pickup point delivery:

- Mondial Relay for Metropolitan France (except Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Spain.

- Colissimo Point Relais for Corsica only.

In this case, the parcel pickup point is selected at the time of choosing the shipping method. A geolocation system will suggest partner pickup points near your address. You will need to add your mobile phone number(yours or a close contact’s) so that Colissimo can send you an SMS when the parcel is available at the pickup point. Allow 5 to 10 days for transit time to the pickup point from the date handed over to the carrier.

The average indicative delivery time is the postal transit time communicated by the carriers (La Poste and Mondial Relay). Added to this is the order preparation and shipping time which can vary depending on the stock availability of the ordered products (about 2 to 3 days, subject to item availability, excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the parcel.

2- Delivery fees are free from €80 purchase in Metropolitan France via Mondial Relay and from €100 in Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Ikatee reserves the right to choose the shipping option or carrier depending on the order weight.

If you have not chosen a pickup point at the end of the order, we will select one for you at the nearest active pickup point to your location.

Delivery zones

No delivery to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM): due to significant difficulties encountered in the past with shipments to these areas, these destinations are no longer offered.
